Tuesday, August 31 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sip & Give Networking Benefit with Girls on The Run Girls on the Run is a life-changing, experiential learning programs for girls age eight to thirteen years old. The programs combine training for a 3.1 mile running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts. The goals of the programs are to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development. Everyone today is talking about being "stressed" for one reason or another. It is estimated that stress will cost businesses more than $300 billion annually because of lost hours, absenteeism, and reduced productivity due to stress! For this luncheon we will have a fun and informative program with 3 speakers addressing some of the stressors of working women and the balancing act they need to do to keep up with all the aspects of their hectic lives both in the workplace and personally. Cindy Hunter, BeautiControl Spa Escapes/Image On The Go, will discuss stress statistics facing women's health and ways to de-stress and relax. Lynn-Marie Anderson, MSW, Director of Adult Day Services for the Visiting Nurses Association, will do a piece on family caregiving-juggling work and family while caring for parents too. Grace (Majidah) Braun, who has been teaching Belly Dancing for 20 years will show us some fun techniques to contribute to our health and wellness via body toning/strengthening to Arabic music.

His primary practice is representing employers and their employees in obtaining immigration benefits for work authorization and representing families seeking to remain in the U.S. Mr. Gauvey co-authored an article on proper Form I-9 procedures for the Maryland Bar Journal and has lectured on various immigration related topics.
